Sandbox sand calculator
Pick a sandbox to divide its maker's stated capacity by your bag weight, or measure your own box to see the volume of sand it holds at the depth you choose.
Sandbox sand calculator
Pick a sandbox to turn its maker's stated sand capacity into a number of bags, or enter the inside size of your own box and a fill depth to see the volume of sand it takes.
Choose a sandbox and a bag weight to see the count.
Capacities are the makers' own, cited on each sandbox page here. The bag yield is the sand maker's own figure, linked where it appears. Counts are rounded up to whole bags; they are arithmetic, not a fill recommendation.
For informational purposes only. The figures on this page are the makers' and the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission's (CPSC), cited where they appear, and the results are arithmetic on those figures. Climberoo has not tested these products and gives no safety advice of its own. Follow the maker's manual and CPSC's playground safety handbook when you choose, install and use play equipment. Climberoo accepts no liability for decisions made from this page; see our terms.
